Recipe: (Mutton Kuruma)
Meat ¼ Kg, Curd 2 Table Spoon, Coconut ½, Cashewnut - 8, Gingeley Oil-4 Table Spoon, Onion (Big) 2, Green Chilly - 7, Ginger - 1 Piece, Garlic - 6 pieces, Cumin (Big) - 1 Table Spoon, Nataraj Coriander Powder - 2 Spoon, Salt (as required), Nataraj Mutton Masala Powder.
How to do?
Soak meat (chopped into big pieces) for a few minutes in curd with salt, grind green chilly, Ginger, Garlic, Cumin (Big). Fry them in Cooker with oil to brown. Add chopped Onion and Nataraj Masala Powder and mix them. Add necessary water and cook for 25 minutes. Then add grinded Coconut and mix well. Pieces of Peeled Potato can also be added during cooking. Then transfer the dish to Serving Bowl. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and Nataraj Mutton Kuruma is ready to serve.
